Schedule Changes: If a scheduled speaker, greeter or tradeshow presenter is unable to fulfill their assignment for the weekly meeting it is their responsibility to find a member who is willing to take on the assignment on their behalf.

Fines: Any scheduled speaker, greeter or tradeshow presenter who does not carry out the assignment will be fined accordingly.

Visitations: During the last Spokane Business Builders’ meeting of each month all members’ business cards are collected and placed in the bucket. When the bucket gets to a member, the member draws a business card and gives a 30 second commercial for the business card they drew. The commercial should include member’s name, business’ name, contact information, location and what constitutes a good referral for that member’s business.

Excused absences: If you find that you are unable to attend the Thursday morning meeting, please call our Attendance Chair, Tom Farrell, at 509-326-8387 prior to 6:30 a.m. If you have an unexcused absence, you will be subject to a $10.00 fine.

Visitations

During the last Spokane Business Builders’ meeting of each month all members’ business cards are collected and placed in the basket.  When the basket gets to a member, the member draws a business card and the card drawn is that member’s visitation assignment for the following month.  Then over the course of the next 30 days each member schedules an appointment to meet with their assigned visitation and prepare that member’s commercial to be given at the last meeting of the following month. The commercial should include member’s name, business’ name, contact information, location and what constitutes a good referral for that member’s business.
